Marketing Manager (Uzbekistan)
Marketing: New MarketsThe New Markets team is growing Aviasales’ marketing presence in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Georgia.
There are already more than 20 of us: country managers, SMM and marketing managers, and an editor-in-chief. Together, we explore the needs and pain points of different markets, brainstorm new ideas, hold organic traffic sacred, and keep breaking records.
We're now looking for a Marketing Manager to develop our influencer marketing and offline activations in Uzbekistan: shape the strategy, negotiate partnerships, launch projects, and figure out what works.
What you'll be doing:
- develop and execute an influencer marketing strategy for Uzbekistan;
- identify, evaluate, and onboard bloggers and opinion leaders;
- manage influencer integrations end-to-end: negotiate, agree on terms, prepare briefs, help with scripts, and oversee placements;
- build long-term relationships with bloggers and agencies;
- come up with and launch offline activations: find venues, develop concepts, coordinate everyone involved, and, when needed, be on site to oversee execution;
- manage campaign budgets and make sure they support campaign goals;
- test new formats, channels, and hypotheses; analyse results, identify growth opportunities, and suggest what to test next;
- work closely with the marketing, SMM, PR, and analytics teams.
What we expect from you:
- fluent in Uzbek to communicate with bloggers and fluent in Russian to work with the team;
- a strong understanding of Uzbekistan’s current marketing landscape and relevant trends;
- hands-on experience managing influencer integrations independently, from initial outreach to results analysis;
- experience launching offline activations, from finding venues and developing concepts to coordinating contractors and managing execution on site;
- experience designing engaging campaign mechanics for influencer collaborations and offline activations.
How we work:
- remote full-time role: Monday to Friday, with an eight-hour workday;
- no bureaucracy: straightforward processes, open communication, a flat team structure, and quick decisions.
